【共同社1月27日电】日本横滨市与东京电力Power Grid（PG）等五方24日签署了备忘录，内容为以横滨市临海地区为据点，通过海上风力发电实现绿色电力供应。据悉电力供应设想利用搭载大型蓄电池的“电力运输船”进行海上输送，若能实现将是全球首创。
