A 17-year-old is charged with third-degree murder after a 12-year-old was killed in a shooting in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane section on Saturday, police said.

Police say it happened around 12:30 p.m. inside a house along the 1500 block of East Pastorius Street. There, they found the boy suffering from gunshot wounds to his stomach.
